Why can't I get a Buddy Telco nbn® plan?
At Buddy Telco, we pride ourselves on speed and simplicity, allowing eligible users to connect as quickly and as easily as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to service certain complex connection or technology types, including, but not limited to, premises on the Opticomm network, and premises that require a Fixed Wireless connection.
Do I need to cancel services with my previous provider?
Yes — but only once your Buddy service is up and running. We’d hate for you to cancel it too early and have no internet!
What are Buddy Telco's contact hours?
Our Perth-based live chat team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AWST), 12pm–8pm (AEDT). If you need help outside of these hours, our customer service chatbot offers a range of self-serve options.
